Here are 12 positive habits that I’ve been doing to stay healthy. This is an awesome checklist to use and take care of yourself, all the important things. First, remember to take care of your body. Don’t overlook the basics.

1. Good Sleep

Good sleep is something so essential for our health Maybe you don’t prioritize sleep because you want more hours in your day. Or maybe you have trouble falling asleep because of anxiety or your overthinking brain. Poor sleep is linked to mental health issues. Good sleep puts you in a better mood. And the health benefits are endless: lowering your blood pressure, reducing stress, improving brain function (like concentration and memory), and improving your immune system, which we all need right now.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate:

Overall, our body requires water for wellness. Attempt to drink enough water every day that supports digestion, provides energy, and makes our skin glow.

Q2. When was the last time you drank water?

Two to three water bottles should be next at all times, You should constantly drink water throughout the day, and 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water early in the morning on an empty stomach.

3. Eat a balanced diet

Eating a healthy and balanced diet is essential for maintaining optimal health. Focus on consuming whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Avoid processed and high-fat foods and limit your sugar and salt intake. Incorporate a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables in your diet to get a range of nutrients.

4. Move Your Body Every Day

Even if it’s only for 15 minutes. If you’re feeling down, then my questions are,

Moving your body empowers you to use your energy and release anything that’s been repressed within.

You can walk around the neighborhood with your mother, sister, brother, etc. to encourage them to move their body. You can use TV time to multitask. While you’re watching TV, you can use that time to stretch or move your body, so that you’re doing something physical.

Maintaining good hygiene habits can help prevent the spread of disease and infection. Wash your hands regularly, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.

6. Mental Self Care

  • Sit down and journal out all your worries and anxieties.
  • Don’t judge or filter yourself.
  • Just let it all flow out and write until you have nothing left to say.
  • It’s better to face your fears and emotions than to avoid them. Face them so that you know what they are.
  • You may decide whether this is something you have control over or something you could change.

No matter where you are in the world or life, always something to be grateful for. The power you have been granted by God is learning to focus on that which you have, rather than that which you have not. You will be so much happier and more fulfilled when you will focus on gratitude.

  • Each day, jot down a few things that you’re grateful for and be particular.
  • You may also review your gratitude at night before bed.

10. Consistent Human Connection

Human connection is necessary for your soul. We desired to be seen, to be heard, to belong. We want connection, understanding, support, and crave love. These are all parts of being human. You can’t ignore that. Your life would be fulfilled by these things

  • If you can have all the richness and worldly treasure, but you have no one to share your life with, then that would be terrible.

Humans are represented to create. The medium doesn’t matter. It can be:
